Throughout her career, Patricia Medina Talbert, has focused on one thing: the individual. As a former judge and current lecturer and professor, Ms. Medina Talbert understands the legal, financial and emotional elements of a lawsuit and works diligently, efficiently and expertly to ensure the best outcome possible.

Experience

• Appointment as a Special Assistant and Deputy Attorney General to Attorney General Robert J. DelTufo;
• Successfully argued in the Supreme Court of Hackensack, New Jersey to rewrite the law on employer internal sexual harassment investigations (Payton v. Hackensack, New Jersey Turnpike Authority, 148 N.J. 524 [1997], 691 A. 2d 321);
• Past President of the Essex County Bar Association;
• Co-founder of the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of Hackensack, New Jersey (APALA/NJ);
• A former officer of the Essex-Newark Legal Services, which provides legal services for the underprivileged;
• Former committee member of the District Ethics Committee; and
• Adjunct Professor, Rutgers School of Law.
